Perform the responsibility as the investor in accordance with Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations;

The strategic adjustment of pushing forward the structure and layout of the state-owned economy;

Guide and promote the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises;

Dispatch the board of supervisors to the state-owned enterprises according to the regulations;

Appoint or remove and assess the responsible persons of the state-owned enterprises in accordance with legal procedures, and reward or punish them on the basis of the result of their assessments;

Supervise and manage the maintenance and increment of the value of state-owned assets for enterprises through statistics, auditing and other measures;

Perform other responsibilities of the investor, and undertake other tasks assigned by the municipal government.
